What is personal training?

Personal training is generally based on one-to-one sessions with a fully qualified trainer.  The sessions are tailored around your own specific requirements and goals, with a variety of exercises used to motivate and challenge you.

You may find that you ar training extremely hard and not seeing the results you desire.  A personal trainer can assist with this.  They will assess certain aspects of your lifestyle, for example your diet, and advise on changes to your training regime so you are performing more effective workouts with realistic goals.  A trainer will also be able to track your progress through schedueled fitness testing.
