Simon Ellis Dip.PT Dip.IIST IIHHT
After qualifying as a personal trainer and sports therapist Simon decided to set up Positive Energy to service the growing demand for quality personal training and sports therapy throughout Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Simon is also a consultant for newbody fitness supplying ultimate gym solutions for your home or workplace. He holds current NSPCC child protection and first aid qualifications as well as being CRB (criminal records bureau) checked. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, surfing and taekwondo, and is currently a 2nd degree black belt and qualified instructor teaching with Bytomic Taekwondo.
Robin Winstone Dip.P.E. D.Ph.E(Adv)
Robin has recently come on board with Positive Energy and is offering his expert coaching in the fields of football, cricket and hockey. Robin has captained the Oxfordshire cricket association X1 team as well as coaching the England schools C.A. and achieved N.C.A. advanced coach status. In football he has been an amateur player for both Oxford United and Brentford F.C., been voted L.A Times coach of the year for the California high schools, and is a qualified football association coach. In hockey Robin has been captain of Oxford Hawks and coach for Oxfordshire and Jamaica national teams. He also holds H.A. coaching qualifications. Robin's services are available on a one-to-one basis or to groups and sports teams who are looking for expert tuition.
Ali Ducker AAF
Ali is a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist having completed her training through premier and then moving on to complete a sports massage diploma with Active Associates. Up to the age of 18 Ali trained as a gymnast and has a vast knowledge of flexibility. She has also trained in Taekwondo to the level of 2nd degree black belt. Nowadays she is a keen dancer in modern jive/ceroc where she has started to teach beginers.
